Jerry Nowee, President & Chief Operating Officer
Jerry grew up in Nova Scotia and eventually became Vice President for a Toronto-based retirement housing firm with a national portfolio. Jerry's love for building new retirement communities led him to branch out on his own. Over time he built a team and developed and managed a 1300 unit portfolio of luxury retirement communities in Western Canada. Through that process, Jerry became one of the leaders in Canada in merging excellence in building design and operation with impeccable service and care for retirees.
Eventually Jerry wanted to move back home to the Maritimes. A leading seniors housing company purchased his portfolio in Western Canada and Jerry and his wife relocated back to Nova Scotia.
